EO Equals is a national platform advancing awareness and action around employee ownership. It serves as a hub for research, data, learning tools and stories that help business owners, advisors, policymakers and community leaders activate employee ownership across the economy.
EO Equals initially launched with support from The Kendeda Fund and four mission-driven nonprofit partners: Project Equity , Evergreen Cooperatives , Nexus Community Partners , and The ICA Group . In 2023, EO Equals became a Project Equity initiative. Today, it continues to grow with support from JPMorganChase and engagement from the Employee Ownership Expansion Network .
