Amy is the co-founder and CEO of Propeller, a nationally awarded, high-growth business consulting firm based out of Portland, Oregon, with offices in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Denver—and expanding to Dallas and Minneapolis in 2022. Under her skilled leadership from the firm’s 2012 inception to today, Amy and a staff of more than 200 exceeded $37M in revenue in 2021-at an annual growth rate of 59% and today, serve nearly 50 clients (12 of those Fortune 500) across all industries.
