Dr. Bill Castellano is Professor of Human Resource Management at Rutgers University's School of Management and Labor Relations and Executive Director of the New Jersey/New York Center for Employee Ownership, which he has led since its 2017 launch. A Fellow of Rutgers' Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing, he focuses on employee ownership, equity compensation and human capital management.
